Account Information
- Email Address: To create and manage your account
- Full Name: To identify you to other players
- Phone Number: For account verification (Egypt +20 format)
- Profile Photo: Optional, to personalize your profile
- Location: Which area/court you play at (no GPS tracking)
- Bio: Optional, to tell others about yourself
Match Information
- Matches You Join: To show your participation history
- Skill Level: Calculated from onboarding and match results
- Preferred Playing Side: Left, right, or both
- Match Scores: Submitted by you or other players
- Chat Messages: Messages you send in match chats
Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
- Usage Data: How you use app features
- Performance Data: App crashes and errors (via Sentry)
- Analytics Data: Feature usage and engagement (via Mixpanel)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Match you with other players based on location and ranking
- Calculate and update your ranking points
- Send match reminders and notifications
- Show you nearby matches

- Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
- Expo: Push notifications and app updates
- Mixpanel: Analytics to improve the app
- Sentry: Error tracking and bug fixes
- Google/Apple: For sign-in services
These providers are required to protect your information.
What We DON'T Do With Your Data
- We do NOT sell your personal information
- We do NOT track your GPS location (you select your location from a list)
- We do NOT share your data with advertisers
Your Rights
Access and Update
You can access and update your profile information anytime in the app. Note: You can only change your name once every 30 days.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account through App Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes:
- Your profile and personal information
- All matches you created
- Your match participation history
- Your chat messages
- Player reports you submitted
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Push Notifications
You can disable push notifications in your device settings or app settings.
Data Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
If you're in the EU or California, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We use:
- Encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/SSL)
- Secure password hashing
- Database security policies (Row Level Security)
- Regular security updates
However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 4 and above. Users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU) require parental consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.
Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., court websites). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
